Important General Information

RANDOM SAMPLES: We offer free random samples. We offer a kit that includes all of our top selling products or you can request specific items. All we require is your UPS or FedEx shipping number and the account billing address. Go to jubileebrands.com/samples to submit your request.

SPEC SAMPLES: We offer FREE virtual mockups of all of our items. Please contact us for spec samples using your custom design. Artwork can be emailed to: art@jubileebrands.com. Large files, 5MB or more, can be uploaded at: jubileebrands.com/samples

PROOFS: Factory will supply a digital proof at no charge. Proof approval must be sent via email to: art@jubileebrands.com.

ORDERS: Orders must be confirmed by email at: orders@jubileebrands.com.

LESS THAN MINIMUMS: Less than minimums are available on all products $100.00 (g). Please contact us for more details.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: All orders will be acknowledged via email. Please review acknowledgment upon receipt and notify factory immediately if there is a discrepancy. All orders will be processed and billed based on the information that appears on the acknowledgment.

PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production depends on item and quantity. Production window begins the day AFTER final artwork approval.

RUSH SERVICE: Rush Service is available on all products and must be approved by Jubilee. Rush charges are determined at the time of placing the order based on scheduling, item, and quantity.

SHIPPING: All products F.O.B. St. Louis, Missouri. Freight is additional. Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground unless you supply an alternative shipper number. Large quantity orders will ship on a pallet via truck. Delivery liability with factory ends when merchandise is delivered to freight carrier. If for whatever reason the carrier fails to make a timely delivery the distributor still has a liability to the factory. All products ship flat.

SPLIT DESTINATION SHIPMENT: Standard drop shipping fee is $5.00 for a split shipment. For additional split shipment arrangements please get a custom shipment quote.

TERMS: Prepayment is required for first orders from new customers and must be prepaid in full prior to shipment. Following your first order, terms are 30 days net. Mail a check to Jubilee Brands, 1722 Chase Dr., Fenton MO 63026 OR use the Payment Link located on your invoice. Both ACH and Credit Card payments are available. Orders exceeding the listed price breaks could be subject to prepayment. NSF checks have a handling charge of $30.00.

CLAIMS: All claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Unauthorized claims will be refused.

PRICES: Prices & specifications in the catalog are subject to change without notice. Prices are effective October 1, 2020.

Preferred art is Vector based saved as EPS format. *Color Photoshop files must be saved in CMYK mode. Resolution should be at least 150 dpi at 100% of printing size and saved as EPS, TIFF or JPEG format. All photos must accompany the files in which they are used. All text MUST be outlined.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ - All short runs are printed digitally. Some designs and some colors may incur streaking, mottling, ghosting and other undesirable effects. The colors most likely to do this are light colors, greens, oranges, and neutral colors (shades of gray).

To prevent undesirable effects we suggest avoiding LARGE SOLID AREAS, and adding “digital noise” which may help if areas of solid color cannot be avoided.

Photography prints best so we encourage you to use photos.

In the event we need to make changes to your design in order to print, your order could be subject to additional charges of which you will be notified prior to production.
